Please note that IOT’s Website is primarily an informational Website which provides parents / legal guardians the ability to (i) express their interest in one of IOT’s programs and consent to be contacted by IOT; (ii) register their child for IOT’s various programs; and (iii) renew and continue their child’s participation in IOT’s program. For points (ii) and (iii) IOT also provides a mechanism for payment through a third-party service provider.

This refund and cancellation policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all sports training programs, training camps, and special events offered by IndiaOnTrack through its website (“Program”), except where specified otherwise in respect of which a cancellation is made by a participant, parent, or guardian.

While refunds are available for the Programs in terms of this Policy, please note that certain Programs may have specific terms that differ from this Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the terms of a specific Program, the specific Program terms will prevail.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS:

• We offer a full refund on cancellation of a Program (other than the registration fee, which will not be refunded) if made within five (5) days from the date of registration of the Program by the participant.
• No refunds will be made in instances where the training Program has already commenced.
• A Program is subject to change according to weather, venue availability, satisfactory level of participants, or other factors beyond our control. As such, we may cancel or change any Program or its timing should this be necessary for any reason. In the event that a center discontinues operations due to reasons out of our control, we will use all reasonable endeavors to find an alternate center within three (3) months of the center’s closure. Best efforts would be made to find a center in the vicinity and/or within a 5 km radius of the inactive center.
• You are responsible for arranging and paying for suitable insurance to cover any injury or illness before or during the Program to the participant, as unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under these circumstances.
• No refund is permitted for a participant’s failure to attend the Program.
• In all cases of refund, the money shall be paid back to you by cheque or by NEFT to the original payment source within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of application for refund.
